About Safetipin:
Safetipin (www.safetipin.com) is a social organization working with a wide range of urban stakeholders including governments to make public spaces safer and more inclusive for women. We use apps, big data and backend systems to collect data on factors linked to urban safety and inclusion. Our data is used by individuals, city governments and other urban stakeholders to help design, build and manage cities to make them safer, inclusive and accessible to all. We are a small multi-disciplinary group of social scientists, architects, urban planners, designers and technologists.
About the role:
As a Product Associate at Safetipin, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of our focused mobile applications. Responsibilities include conducting user research, analyzing market trends, and assisting in product roadmap planning. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the continuous improvement and effectiveness of Safetipin’s safety solutions for users worldwide.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Define product features and work with design, development and other teams for end-to-end implementation.
• Understanding the user behaviour, define and translate the product road map into features and overall improving user engagement on the platform.
• Define, implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators for product effectiveness.
• Gather product data including web analytics, statistics and other related information.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of Safetipin apps, ownership of the app development and releases.
• Manage online marketing efforts around app and build ASO strategy for app. Desired Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business administration, management, computer science, engineering, marketing or a related field.
• 1-2 years work experience in a technology company especially in the product management function.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Knowledge of ASO, Digital marketing and GIS will be an added advantage.
• Experience in the mobile application development sector is preferred.
• Based in Delhi NCR, preferably Gurgaon.
