Varun is a Senior Program Associate at Safetipin, where he works on projects that make cities safer, more inclusive, and better planned for everyone. With a background in Urban Planning and Architecture, he brings both technical expertise and a people-centered approach to his work. Before joining Safetipin, Varun worked with JV Ventures and the Urban Management Centre, contributing to initiatives in urban infrastructure, innovation, and research. He is passionate about designing women and child-friendly public spaces and promoting sustainable urban mobility. Varun believes that thoughtful planning and community participation are key to building cities that are equitable, resilient, and truly livable.
