Position: Communications Associate
Type of employment: Full-time in Gurgaon, India

 

About the role:

The Partnerships and Communications Manager’s role entails developing and executing strategies to build relationships with key stakeholders, partners, media, and the public. This includes developing and implementing our communications strategy, creating content for our website and social media channels, and managing campaigns to build brand awareness.

 

Responsibilities:

• Create illustrations to represent the brand and the core value of various programmatic works.
• Design assets for program work and social media including digital posters, infographics, and publication graphics using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate.
• Manage Safetipin’s Social Media platforms.
• Work on the websites, continually improving user experience and interface.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, graphic design, media management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years of full-time experience.
• Interest in Gender equality, urbanization, and social change.
• Excellent writing skills and editing skills in English.
• Familiarity with design software, especially Canva.
